Refund and Cancellation Policy

Purpose

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments, services, and product purchases made through 6 Day Weight Loss Medical at our Torrance, Sherman Oaks, and Palmdale clinics. Please read this policy carefully before scheduling an appointment or making a purchase.

Appointment Cancellations

In-Clinic Appointments

  • Cancellations made 24 or more hours before a scheduled appointment: No charge — you may reschedule at no additional cost
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment: May be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled appointment
  • No-show without cancellation: May be subject to a no-show fee up to the full cost of the scheduled appointment

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Refund Policy — Clinical Services

  • Consultation fees: Non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost. If payment was collected in advance, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Program packages or prepaid service bundles: Non-refundable once treatment has commenced. If you purchased a package and have not yet begun treatment, contact us within 5 business days of purchase to request a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
  • Injection services: Once injections have been administered, refunds are not available for completed services

Refund Policy — Supplement Products

  • Unopened supplement products: may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase
  • Opened supplement products: not eligible for refund due to health and safety considerations
  • Online supplement purchases through our Shopify store: subject to the return policy displayed on the Shopify store at the time of purchase

Cherry Financing

Patients who finance services through Cherry Financing are subject to Cherry's separate terms and conditions in addition to this policy. Please contact Cherry directly for information about refunds on financed accounts.

Extenuating Circumstances

Requests for exceptions due to medical emergencies, serious illness, or other documented extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of 6 Day Weight Loss Medical management.
