  • Once payment is made for services (including weight-loss consultations, GLP‑1 support, or aesthetic procedures), no refunds will be issued for any reason.
  • This includes unused appointment time, canceled services, or dissatisfaction with results.

2. Corrections Only (When Warranted)

  • If a treatment does not meet expected standards, patients may request a correction within 30 days of the service date.
  • Decisions on corrections will be reviewed and approved at our discretion.
  • No refunds—only corrective services—will be offered.

3. Clearly Communicated Terms

  • We prominently display this policy on our website, in our clinic, and in appointment booking confirmations.
  • By booking or paying, patients acknowledge and accept these terms.

4. Compliance with California Law

  • California permits no‑refund terms for elective services like ours, as long as they are communicated clearly.
  • We follow legal guidelines for fair display but do not offer statutory refund rights on elective services.

5. Exceptions & Discretion

  • Corrections or minor adjustments may be provided as a courtesy when clinically appropriate.
  • No refunds will be offered even in these circumstances.
  • In rare cases of documented medical emergencies or provider error, additional remedies may be offered at our discretion—but still no refunds.

6. Ongoing Updates & Transparency

  • We reserve the right to update this policy.
  • The most current version is always available on our website and in‑office.
  • Patients are responsible for reviewing policy updates before booking or paying.
